چکیده

Introduction: The Diagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism is mostly biochemical as most the patients have aserum TSH above normal and serum free total T4 T3 are normal. Due to recent increasing prevalenceof sub-clinical metabolic risk factors such adverse cardiac function hyperlipidemia, itrecommended importance screening by assessment TSH.Aims: To assess lipid profile in diagnosed with hypothyroidismMethods Materials: This study a hospital based cross sectional comprised 96 subjectsperformed Chalmeda Anandrao Institute Medical Sciences. Patients presenting OPD vague complaintsof selected. They screened for doing fasting TFT comprisingfreeT4, freeT3 also done patient. Laboratory analysis blood urea, serum creatinine done. Results: A Total number were studied, majority them between age group 46 55 years. The BMI distribution among SCH has no correlation levels.Prevalence more common women.TSH values range from minimum 5.8 mIU/l maximum 25mIU/l.Hypercholesterolemia was found 40.6% patients. LDL elevated 42.7% cases. Triglyceride waselevated only 27.1%. HDL be 66.7% cases. Conclusion: Our concludes that there significant elevations cholesterol insubclinical hypothyroidism. There much changes triglycerides levels.
